You agree that in the event that Under Cover Clip, LLC is deemed liable for any harm caused, the amount which it shall be liable to you shall be limited to the cost of the product. In no event should you leave any children unattended in the presence of this product as it may present a choking hazard.

This product is not intended for use in high heat areas. Under Cover Clips are made of plastic and may begin to show signs of warping due to heat exposure or if left inside cover, in moderate to high heat areas, for any length of time.  Given the above disclaimer, UnderCoverClip.com and Under Cover Clip, LLC, and its owners, are not responsible for any damage to the clip, any property, or persons.
